A: The web site migration service that our company is offering is free (to a certain extent). We will transfer your web site(s) to our state–of–the–art cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that changing web hosting providers can lead to lost info and unwanted downtime. That is why we’ll accomplish all that for you for free!We have highly proficient administrators whose main task is to make certain that your site performs exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based upon popular apps like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are lots of factors to take into account – the total number of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the current workload of our web site migration professionals, etc. Yet, we do try to implement all web site migrations within a 48–hour time period. Smaller–sized web sites are transferred much faster – usually in under 24 hours.

A: We do not collect any personal information. We will need, though, the login information for your current hosting account along with the name of the website that you need to transfer.

We use safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and managerial methods to protect the details that we collect on the web. And we also have a detailed and rigorous Privacy Policy, which outlines the types of information that we collect.

A: Nope. Your site will stay visible online during the migration. Once everything is completed on our end, we will let you know so that you can preview it and check for problems. If everything is OK, all you will need to do is update your domain name’s DNS resource records.

A: Nope. Apart from your login info for the Control Panel, we won’t require anything. We’ll never contact your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–based web hosting platforms. Generally, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site management platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
