Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are way too busy working on your website or developing your applications, you hardly ever have enough time to keep an eye on what is going on with your virtual server – if it’s overloading or if all the tasks are running correctly. With our Managed Services solution, we’ll do this instead of you. Your VPS will be added to the custom–developed server monitoring software system and each time there’s a trace of a trouble, our server admins will be informed momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your data is very important – you never know when something can go wrong. And using the Managed Services solution, you can enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you being required to install or configure anything. Furthermore the backup copies are placed on a server with multiple RAID–configured disk drives. In other words, your hosted content will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your virtual server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & configure specific software programs on it. And if this sounds like something far too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, part of our Managed Services deal, is definitely the right solution for your needs. With it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our proficient server admins who will install any software application or fix any trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it is an optional feature.
